Prelude[]
- "The Temple of Eedit serves only as a front for the military operations of the Republic. It is essential that we seize the temple if the Separatists ever hope to take control of that corner of the galaxy. You shall go to Devaron…and take what is rightfully ours."

Count Dooku tasked Savage Opress to the planet of Devaron to take the Temple of Eedit for the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
The Battle[]
Count Dooku sent his Separatist Army to attack. The Republic sent two Jedi, Master Halsey and his Padawan Knox, and several ARF Troopers. The Republic troops held back the Separatist forces and held the upper hand in the battle. However, to test the powers of his new apprentice, Savage Opress, Dooku sent him to Devaron to finish the battle and destroy the Republic forces.
Upon Savage's arrival, he killed two ARF Troopers. However, Trauma ordered his troops to captured him, but they were all killed. Then Savage Opress confronted the Jedis. First, he killed Master Halsey, and then his Padawan, Knox, and the Temple of Eedit are captured. Dooku ordered Savage Opress to return to Serenno.
Aftermath[]
Soon after Savage's attack, Delta Squad arrived at the Jedi Temple with the dead bodies of Halsey and Knox, where Jedi High Council members Obi-Wan Kenobi, Adi Gallia, Plo Koon, and Saesee Tiin were all gathered to discuss the recent events on Devaron. Meanwhile, Savage Opress, upon his arrival at Serenno, told his master that the mission was a success. Count Dooku declared that the two of them would grow to be even stronger than Darth Sidious and that they would rule the Galaxy.
