The HH-87 Starhopper was a starfighter that was used extensively by the Zygerrians and various criminal factions during the Clone Wars.
Armament[]
The Starhopper was armed with two forward mounted double laser cannons.
History[]
The Starhopper was deployed by the Zygerrians in the Battle of Kadavo, where they defended the processing center, on the the planet. Only two of them were deployed, but they managed to damage one Z-95 despite Headhunter's superiority dog fighting specifications.
They were used by the Hutt security forces to shoot down Cad Bane and Morallo Eval's transport as they tried to escape over Nal Hutta.
Asajj Ventress used a Starhopper to travel to the Nightsisters on Dathomir, and later used one while tracking down Savage Opress ultimately leading her into rescuing Obi-wan Kenobi from a confrontation with Opress and Darth Maul.
