Hello, I am thinking about making a page for the Umbaran Airbase, and I would like to have your approval. I think there is well enough to be said about it, and that it is important enough.
Also, if your answer if yes, can I say it has missile defense systems? I think a have sufficient proof the airbase has one. Here is the proof:
I found a youtube video of Caranage f Krell, and noticed this: in the end, after they leave Krell in his cell (he is still alive), when theygo outside, there are two exposions in the sky. Also, if you stop very quickly, you will see that there is in the sky background relatively large plums of smoke. And there are a strings of smoke coming from the ground, getting right into the large smoke clouds. That makes me think that the Umbaran Airbase probably has some missile defense system that is automatically activated when it detects a missile that will hit the target. It would be probable, since they should know how to defend themselves from their own weapons.

Since that shot is very short, it is necessary, to see it, to stop a few seconds from it, and play it then pause it very quickly, then restart the operation many times until you see it. It is very clear once you get to it, even if it is extremely short, and not visible when you are simply playing the video.
That is merely speculation, which is not permitted in pages. But, other than that, yes, by all means, you may create it. You don't really need permission from anyone. I only ask that you consult our policies for articles before proceeding. Such as here, and here.
No I am not for it. There is nothing that can be said about it that sould not already be mentioned on the episodes in the Umbara stroy arc.
Now on missile defense speculation even if this page did exist it would not be allowed. The area around the base was a combat zone for starships, ground to air weapons, and starfighters so it seems to be nothing to suggest those weapons which caused the smoke couldn't have been fired from the air.
Point there is no reason that whatever was taken down was a missile or was destroyed by ground fire.
Actually, there is almost nothing about about it that is mentionned, and there are many things about it that would fit better in a page made for it precisely than in a page about the episode, in my opinion, but you're the admain, so I guess I will not make it unless you change your mind.
There is a page for the Citadel, there is one for the Temple of Eedit who was on screen for barely two minutes, , so why not one for Umbaran Airbase, where two episodes took place?
I don't care whether or not you make the page but I will not assist you in that task as I do think to be important. If you want to make the page it had better be up to quality that means no speculation and observing the appropriate format. The admins don't run this site we simply allow it to run.....smoothly.
You posted on my page a message on my page a message about the quality of my edits, and I would love to know what was wrong with them, so I do not make the same mistakes again.
I would simply suggest you review the policies found under the policies tab on the community portion of the main wiki navigation bar
But off the top of my head I think a few of your edits have contained an above average number of spelling errors, some of your added pages did not follow any sense of general format we use here. To understand what I mean look around the pages and how all articles here are laid out.
on naxs page some added a thing that says the battle of teth and turned it blue so if you click it it brings you there but that page doesnt exist so its highlighted red and im wondering if you can stop it from being red
No the link will turn red if it is linked to page that can't be found which means whatever the link is going to doesn't exist. So the way really to get rid of red links is to not link to pages that aren't there. Just delete the link and leave it as regular text
If you look on a blog page, it states, "Blogs are used by wiki communities for fan fiction or original work, news and announcements, questions or recommendations to the community, or reviews or op-eds." And another and better way to solve redlink problems is to create the page it is suppose to go to.
The edits I'm reffering to are specifally the Arconan category page you created, we do not add images to category pages. Granted it is not an explicitly stated rule but if you look at all the other category pages you'll see that we just don't do that. Furthermore on a category page you don't really want to explain about the topic, that like images belong more on the associated article. Instead it should be more on the lines of ".......during the clones wars", or "this is a list of ..........active in the clone wars"
You would say this because it is important to tell people the criteria by which articles are included in the category. For example a "bounty hunters" category might read "bounty hunters from the clone wars" because all the pages in that category are about bounty hunters active in the clone wars.
Also on the Shaak Ti page you added a live action image to the wrong side of the page both things that violate the image policy
oh and people can see you has done what to pages using the "history" feature, go to the "edit" button and click the down arrow and you should see a list of "edit, history, rename"
the history shows the exact differences and times of different edits and the users who made said edits
The "owner" or founder of the page is EvanF but the most active administrator is TVLWriter, you can find the admins on the community tab of the main menu bar
I am not an admin obviously but all users are encouraged to charge things that they know are wrong, admins are more there to handle vandalism, unnecessary pages, and bad users
you don't have to be an admin to correct people or things and in fact it is reccomended users you have more experience help new users figure out and get used to the rules for this site
You may have heard already, but I have sent Wikia a request to gain bureaucrat rights to this wiki. Since they need to know that the other editors here are ok with this, I need your approval.
Simply, I just want to know whether you are alright with me having bureaucrat rights or not. Bureaucrat rights will give me the ability to promote standard users to admins.
