Phindians were a species of gangly sentients who were sparcely spread throughout the Galaxy during the Clone Wars. One Phindian, Osi Sobeck, fought for the Confederacy of Independent Systems, though the species as a whole was not officially alligned with them. Also, Phindian criminal mastermind Moralo Eval was hired by Dooku as part of a plot to kidnap the Chancelor. Both of these well known Phindians were believed to be partially to fully insane, but this characteristic is not thought to apply to the entire species.
