R5-L26 was an R4-series Astromech Droid who served the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars, aboard a Venator-class Star Destroyer under the command of Jedi General Adi Gallia.
Nomad Droids
R5-L26 was a crew member of Adi Gallia's Jedi Cruiser when it fell under attack by a Separatist fleet led by General Grievous in 21 BBY. When the cruiser's main reactor was compromised, all flight crews were ordered to their stations to assist in evacuations. R5 was in the main hangar and bumped into by R2-D2 as he and C-3PO were fleeing the ship in one of the Y-Wing Starfighters.
