"I want a Rogue-class starfighter, with elite weapons, cloaking device, the works. Oh, and triple my usual rate."
―Cad Bane's demand for infiltrating the Jedi Temple for Darth Sidious[src]

The Rogue-class starfighter was a starfighter whose design was adapted from the Porax-38 fighters of Utapau and used by the Separatists during the Clone Wars.

History[]

The Starfighters were nearly always piloted by IG-100 Magnaguards when used by the Separatists. When Anakin Skywalker and his padawan, Ahsoka Tano, traveled to Tatooine to return Rotta the huttlet to Jabba the Hutt, Count Dooku deployed two Rogue-class fighters to attack and shoot down Skywalker's freighter, the Twilight, so he could kill the huttlet and frame the Jedi. Skywalker activated the freighter's guns and destroyed the two fighters, but not before his ship was severely damaged.

Though the fighters saw infrequent use in the war, Bounty hunter Cad Bane demanded one of them for his personal starship in addition to his payment from Darth Sidious for stealing a Holocron from the vaults of the Jedi Temple.
