Sassi was a waitress at the Plop Dribble's diner on Stobar during the Clone Wars.

Sassi being choked by Savage Opress
Savage Opress stopped on Stobar at Plop Dribbles, a diner, on his way to find his brother. The other waitress, a service droid named Marwigo, could not get his order and passed it off to her colleague, Sassi. She attempted to get Savage's order as well, but when she showed interest in Savage's talisman, he reacted violently and began to strangle her. The authorities were notified, but Opress had already escaped. Although she was unconscious and on the floor for several minutes, she was able to get back to her feet, with the assistance of the Jedi Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano, who had recently arrived there, upon waking up.
